Vacation home owners in India had no way to list their properties for travelers. With no team, no framework, and a 30-day timeline, I built a fully functional rental platform from scratch—including payments, search, reviews, and partial bookings.

Dubai's events and hospitality industry needed a way to find short-term staff—bar runners, party servers, event workers. The platform needed to match job seekers to roles using a complex algorithm, track time on the job, and verify location—all built in 90 days.

Delivered a full MVP in 90 days featuring algorithmic job allocation (pre-AI), location tracking, timesheets, and mobile app support—all with a lean team.

Lead Developer / Architect

Restaurants were trapped by delivery apps, paying high commissions and losing direct customer relationships. A group of restaurants wanted to go independent—but needed a system that could handle multiple menus, delivery zones, payments, and order routing from one central hub.

Delivered a multi-tenant ordering platform with custom frontends per restaurant, unified order routing, area-based delivery logic, and real-time order alerts—cutting staffing needs and giving restaurants back their independence.

Rescue Developer / Technical Lead

Popular car rental platform needed to integrate a third-party API for dynamic pricing. Seemed straightforward—until I opened the codebase and found a monstrous, unsalvageable mess of random words and crystallized spaghetti code.

Rewrote the entire pricing model from scratch, applying refactoring principles to a codebase that had been abused beyond recognition—delivering a working integration that finally made pricing dynamic and reliable.

Fractional CTO / Dev Team Lead

Property dealers in the UK were drowning in compliance documentation—different requirements, different deadlines, different rules that changed constantly. They needed a system that tracked everything and alerted them before deadlines hit.

Delivered a Laravel/Vue SaaS platform with smart deadline alerts and a configuration system so flexible that adding or removing compliance requirements was as easy as flipping a switch.

Technical Architect / Lead Developer

A Ghana hospital wanted to streamline patient intake and diagnosis—reducing wait times and improving accuracy. The vision: kiosks that capture patient data, AI tools that assist in diagnosis, and a centralized system that tracks everything.

Designed and built a full proposition for an AI triage system—integrating patient kiosks, Corti AI for diagnosis assistance, and Mediktor for medical transcription—all backed by a Laravel/Vue platform. Currently awaiting funding.

Rescue Developer → Technical Lead

An Australian startup built an angel investing platform where founders pitch to experts and investors. The original Indian development team went MIA, leaving behind a half-working PHP/Angular mess that was falling apart.

Saved the original platform, led a full rewrite in Angular/.NET on Azure, and now driving another major upgrade—building a lasting foundation for Australian deal-making.

Lead Developer

A client needed enterprise-grade SMS delivery infrastructure—capable of sending high volumes of messages with guaranteed delivery, automatic retries, and provider failover for business-critical communications.

Delivered a Laravel/Angular queueing system processing ~1M messages/hour with automated bounce handling, smart retry logic, and seamless failover across multiple SMS providers—coordinated with a remote Ukrainian development team.

Founder / Developer

In the mid-2000s, Dubai's car culture was huge but had no digital home. Car lovers needed a place to show off their rides, sell parts, trade license plates, and geek out on all things automotive.

Built a cult-following social network from scratch—PHP and MySQL—that grew to nearly 50,000 users across the UAE before shutting down years later.

Junior Developer → Lead Developer

A flight operation needed to manage complex flight requests—each flight required permits, documentation, and coordination. The team needed a system that bundled all this into a single case file that could be easily dispatched.

Built a PHP/MySQL intranet system that consolidated flight requests, permits, and documentation into a Basecamp-inspired interface—streamlining the entire flight dispatch workflow.
